Please enclose enrollment deposit of $200 per session with application. Cancellations prior to September 15, 2008, are subject to a $25 processing fee, per session. Cancellations after September 15, 2008 will forfeit 50% of deposit plus the $25 processing fee, per session. Payment in full required by October 1, 2008. No refunds after October 1, 2008.
