Please enclose enrollment deposit of $200 per session with application. Cancellations prior to January 15, 2007, are subject to a $25 processing fee, per session. Cancellations after January 15 will forfeit 50% of deposit plus the $25 processing fee, per session. Payment in full required by February 1, 2007. No refunds after February 1, 2007.
