Please enclose enrollment deposit of $200 per session with application. Cancellations prior to September 14, are subject to a $25 processing fee, per session. Cancellations after September will forfeit 50% of deposit plus the $25 processing fee, per session. Payment in full required by October 1, 2005. No refunds after October 1, 2005. We make every attempt to match students with one of their top three instructor choices; however we cannot guarantee this due to class volume limits.
